  • What is the membership refund policy?
    Due to the nature of charitable contributions, membership gifts are non-refundable.
  • What benefits come with a Velvet Room VIP membership?

  • Will I receive an official Velvet Room VIP membership card?
    Yes, when you purchase your membership, we will send you an official membership card until it expires. The expiration date will be printed on the back of your membership card.
  • Can I give a Velvet Room VIP membership as a gift?
    Absolutely! A Velvet Room VIP membership makes a great gift! You may purchase a gift membership for a friend or a family member online at www.thejazzrepublic.com/velvetroom-vip, the same way you would purchase a membership for yourself.
  • Is my membership tax-deductible?
    Yes. With your Velvet Room VIP Membership contribution, you're supporting the Jazz Republic Performing Arts Foundation, Inc. 501(c)(3), and its mission of entertaining, education, and expanding the global community for original jazz music. In addtion to unlocking exclusive benefits all year long that bring you closer to the artists and music, each membership contribution is tax-deductible.
  • Are tickets included with my membership contribution?
    No, your membership does not include tickets. However, as a VIP member you will be alerted when your VIP pre-sale access begins. Members also receive exclusive ticket discounts and invitations to special events not open to the public.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
